Our Management Team

We have an experienced management team that consists of professionals from various areas within Health and Social Care from; private, voluntary, charitable, public but most importantly people in receive care services, this ensurs that our team has a wide reaching and diverse mix of skills from which we can draw from including;

Users of Services Nursing
Carers Social Care
Care Workers including Social Work
Employers Management
Administration Human Resources


The majority of our team met some 15 years ago when we all worked together at a company called Help for Carers that closed back in 2002. Help for Carers was a domiciliary care company that operating on the Wirral.   Following the closure some of those people who used the domiciliary care services took over their own care under Direct Payments and employed Personal Assistants to continue thier care.  We kept in touch wtih some of these people.

Over the years those service users who employed their own staff required support to do this. This included help in areas such as Recruitment, Training, Human Resources, Payroll, Advice.  Although we all provided support individually to service users we relised that these people all required training in one form or another. Dianthas was born. 

Dianthas is accredited with various awarding bodies to deliver pre and post vocational training and provide support to people who employ or work within the Health and Social Care Industry.
